New Manufacturing System of Enterprise - New World of Work
Most industry enterprises use manufacturing system, which isn't able to react on new conditions of business. Result is that enterprises don't achieve to keep production competitiveness in longer horizon of time. They aren't able to make production oriented strategically enterprise advantage. Enterprise must transform their contemporary manufacturing system if they want survey in hard competition.
The article deals with assumptions of benefit transformation of enterprise manufacturing system and of "new world of work", which is integral part of new enterprise manufacturing system. It is important to understand, to respect and to feel "new world of work" during transformation of enterprise manufacturing system as one of basic assumptions of benefit. Most here presented knowledge is attested by industry practice.
