In the article there is a description of the big ISO 9000 standards revision (ISO 9000:2000), which has influenced management, marketing, resources including personal strategy and information, logistics and other internal and external activities of the firm. ISO 9000:2000 is a good basis not only for quality management and TQM but for integrated management as well.
