Anotation:
The article has been inspired by the research on the field of maturity on project management (PM) evaluation. Berkeley model PM process maturity is used to the current state evaluation. The research results of pilot project with 38 institutions from 4 technological areas were acquired by questionnaire with 148 items. The correlation between PM process maturity state and performance on PM was demonstrated. Annual investment into education on PM, annual income from PM and increment of relative profit are used for return of investment (ROI) calculation.
