Anotation:
This paper is focused on using information from financial market when deciding about your investment. To obtain an effective system for useful selection of needed information we have created so-called "maps of information resources". The suggested model works on basis of entity-relation diagram. We consider information to be the fourth factor of production. This way we can offer to potential investor help to find accurate information in time, at required amount and at reasonable price.
If these maps were created for different areas or states it would allow us to compare the information resources in different areas. Such an international comparison will give us an opportunity to find out the pros and cons of certain systems used in other countries, which will lead us to improvement of our own system. Better to say we would be able to find the existing information gaps. Also there are further side effects of using maps of information resources, but we are focused only on this one.
