Abstract: Cultural Barriers of Knowledge Sharing
Knowledge management and support of its activities from human as well as technological side is new and very actual. The purpose of this article is to inform briefly about problems connecting with sharing knowledge as one of the basic activities of knowledge management. The article is divided into two parts. First describes individual and social barriers of sharing knowledge and second is dedicated to the conflict of motives as a special individual barrier arising partly from the other barriers and mostly from used incentive system.
