We cannot adopt a simple and brief definition of sustainable development in local, regional and global scales. The systemic approach is necessary, unifying biological, economic and social aspects, further bringing together analytical and design features. Today needs incorporate characteristics of uncertainty, risk and fuzziness into holistic studies. The contribution gives an unified approach to the economy and management in this problem field.
