The paper is focused on the new Program for Industrial Property Development 2001 - 2006. The program for industrial property development consists of four sub-programs:
1. Preparation of industrial zones.
2. Regeneration of industrial zones.
3. Construction and reconstruction of production halls.
4. Accreditation of industrial zones.
This program starting in 2001, private developer companies can apply for government support.
