Anotation:
The article provides a methodology evaluating utilization of the innovative potential in a Czech manufacturing company. The methodology has bee tested in eight manufacturing companies in Zlín region so far. Concrete approaches to possibilities of working out the chosen methodology are outlined with the purpose of strengthening the competitive advantage of Czech manufacturing companies and reaching legitimacy of their competitiveness with the support of the project management.
