Abstract: Learning in the Learning Organization
The article deals with the issue of learning and the learning organization. The learning organization is one of the latter-day management conceptions. The learning organization takes the active steps in creating new business strategies to be successful and where there is constant communication - training and development give it the competitive edge and individual employee is career resilient. That is why learning is good for both - individual and organization. An organization, which achieves the standard of learning organization, will have employees with positive attitudes because they are seen as a vital ingredient in reaching shared business goals. Learning in the learning organization means active and everlasting learning from own work, work of our colleagues and competitors. Withal it is going especially about the change of corporate culture.
