Near Future by P. F. Drucker Besides internal environment also external environment of whatever institution should be analyzed at preparing the strategy of the institution. External environment can be hardly influenced by the institution and it is necessary to predict its development on some years ahead. Management of the institution has to bank on own forecast or to use works made by specialists - prognosticators. Well known economist, P.F.
