Anotation:
The System Approach unifies economic, social, political, historical and ecological points of view. In the European context criteria of Liberalism, Democracy and Nationalism are signifficant. Five scenarios of the European integration upto 2010 are discussed. They respect important demografic, security, social, economic and ecological trends. Implications for the Central and the East Europe are analyzed and recommendations for the strategic behaviour of the Czech Republic are derived. Given results are used in the courses of the University Hradec Králové and they are summarized in the Vademecum of the Integration of the Czech Republic into the European Union (Hradec Králové, 2002).
