Závislost ceny rodinných domů na jejich typu

The subject of analysis of dependence are hause`s prices and different types of the hauses. Twenty hauseholds, which realised its building dream during 2002 - 2003 in the area of Liberec (Vratislavice n/N), were submited to this testing. This selection wasn´t stochastic, so it is not possible to generalize the conclusions on all hausholds in Liberec or in the whole Czech republic, but on the other side, it has quite a lot to tell all the other people something about the dependence beetwen types of hauses and its prices. First I proved by hypothesis testing (i.e. Analysis of Variance) the dependence among mentioned factors and then I measured out its power by determination ratio. I used for my work statistic program called The Statgraphics.
