Anotation:
This paper deals with a method how to measure the return on investment in the area of managing
human resources (programs of human resources department - HR). It includes investments in education
programs for employees and expresses its effectiveness by a measurement program Return
on Investment (ROI). This paper also compares some of the theoretical solutions and based on
a situational analysis it compares them with the present situations in numerous organisations.
