The topic of presented article is a description of any proceeding that leads to bankruptcy
conclusion. Some cases involving bankruptcy conclusion are described in the beginning of the
article. An action that needs to be taken before the final report is also evaluated. The main part presents
some expenditures of bankruptcy assets, and receipts are briefly characterized. The further
part shows steps of any court in connection with negotiation and certification of the final report.
The separate part is dedicated to bankruptcy assets allocation. Preconditiones for kind of petition
in bankruptcy are specified as far as its own subject and exploit is partly mentioned. Following
section brings the explanation of sequences for meeting the demand. With focus on the final
report, all steps are demostrated on particular bussiness example without any activity termination.
