Evolution of the concept of the human capital have being created and developed due to many economists, but elaboration of its microeconomics framework was offered in the „Human capital“ by T. Becker.Competitiveness of each enterprise and results of its activity depend a lot on quality and effici-ency of a usage of labor resources. Efficiency of the usage of labor resources is characterized, at first, by the labor productivity, that expresses interactivity of many influences, including technologies, investments, capital, capacities, energy of managers´skills and also qualifications and efforts of employees. In cases, when com-panies encourage labor productivity through, for example, motivation, mental stimulation, using modern equipment, expected productivity will be fully realized.Providing high level of results or high level of loyalty means to offer better work conditions and more objective estimation. I tis necessary to create such enviroment for employees, that helps to provide upper than middle and high productivity.Optimization of usage labor resources also includes effective delegation of authorities, hiring people whose skills correspond the requires of the position, distribution of the work between employees taking in consideration their abilities and potential benefits that it can provide. This will not only increase productivity, but also allow people to satisfy their needs in self-realization.Therefore, new way of human resources management requires solving 2 tasks (investigation of human behavior at the enterprise and elaboration of agenda of actions, oriented on the optimal satisfaction of employees´ needs), which final result will have to be better productivity.
